L'Arche communities are based on relationships of mutual support and friendship between people of different social, religious and cultural backgrounds.

Committing to being a volunteer (for 6 to 24 months) offers you time to reflect and build your choices of life. Time to search for "what is important for you"?

A rich training program useful for your whole life (first aid, nonviolent communication, how to “care for”, different kinds of disabilities...).


A personal mentoring to help step back and put words on your experience.


350 young volunteers from different countries each year.


3 days of regional sessions, to share and learn with other volunteers.
